My favorite Summer Side Dish Only Uses 4 Ingredients

This summer all I’ve been craving is Mexican style corn on the cob. It’s so easy, and I just can’t stop making it.

Here’s how:


You’ll need feta or queso fresco cheese

A lime


And fresh corn cobs


The best way is to roast or grill the corn cobs until they are dark and charred. You want all the extra grilled flavor possible!

Then simply juice a lime into ¼ cup mayo, mix, and slater on the corn. Top with the cheese and you’re done!
