St Louis: Why I’ll be in Tower Grove Park all Weekend

Near the Shaw and Southwest Garden Neighborhood in In St Louis, Tower grove park is 289 acres of trees, paths and puppy water fountains.

This weekend, the park will open up to two exciting events worth checking out:

  1. The Tower Grove farmers market on Saturdays from 8am to noon brings in Farmers and local artisans from all around the St Louis area. There is also a line of food trucks, and a great playground for kids. Meet up with all your neighbors, west of the pool pavilion at the roundabout.
  2. This weekend is the annual Festival of Nations, located at the Grand street entrance of the park. Here you’ll find over 40 ethnic food booths, from Bhutanese to Vietnamese, as well as live music and performances. Times are Saturday 10am-7pm, and Sunday 10am-6pm so you can visit multiple times and enjoy the variety of cuisine. The festival admission is free!
