Pasta Carbonara

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 lb pasta
  • 4 yolks egg
  • 1/2 c heavy cream
  • 4 strips crispy bacon
  • 1 c parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp pepper

Instructions
 

  • Cook pasta until al dente, drain, reserving 1/4 c of the pasta water
  • Add in the egg yolks, cream and cheese and cook until the cheese melts and sauce thickens
  • Crumble in the bacon and serve
