Ingredients

pasta

yolks
egg
1/2

heavy cream
4
strips
crispy bacon

c
parmesan cheese
1
tsp
pepper
Instructions
Cook pasta until al dente, drain, reserving 1/4 c of the pasta water
Add in the egg yolks, cream and cheese and cook until the cheese melts and sauce thickens
Crumble in the bacon and serve
