  • 4 slices favorite bread
  • 2 vine tomatoes
  • 4 tbsp cream cheese
  • 1 tsp whole grain mustard

Instructions
 

  • Toast bread
  • Slice tomatoes
  • Assemble by adding cream cheese to one slice, and mustard on the other
