Cooking: Greek platter, a new favorite!

This has become a new favorite of my families dip recipes.
I found it initially on Pinterest, and have many a few changes to make it even better

The recipe is simple and doesn’t involve any cooking,
Which means only dish to clean, which is always nice when entertaining.

Greek Dip:

First layer:
-1 cup Greek yogurt
-handful chopped parsley (mint is also tasty)
-zest of one lemon
-teaspoon lemon juice
-teaspoon olive oil
-salt and pepper

Second layer:
-1 cup hummus (original or even red pepper!)
-drizzle olive oil

Third layer:
-1 cucumber (diced)
-2 vine tomatoes (diced)
-one avocado (diced)

Fourth layer:
-1/2 cup feta (crumbled)
-parsley (chopped)
-olive oil
-salt and pepper
-teaspoon lemon juice

Mix all of the first layer in a bowl and then spread the mixture in the bottom of the serving dish. Top with second layer and slightly mix it in. Add the third layer ingredients to the top and then finish by adding the fourth layer. Serve with celery sticks, carrots and freshly made tortilla toasts (recipe below)

Tortilla toasts:
-flour tortillas
-olive oil

Cut the tortillas into segments and lay them onto a baking tray. Brush the tortillas with olive oil and set them to broil in the oven. Watch them closely and pull them out when starting to brown: approximately two minutes.
