Thai Lettuce Wraps With Peanut Sauce
One of the favorite recipes of all times has always been Thai lettuce wraps. I had them so many summers as a kid visiting my grandma in Kansas City and she always made them for me.
When Ev and I started dating, we realized we both liked them a lot and so we made them quite often, and this was our favorite way: Just marinated and then topped with the remaining sauce.
